It’s exciting to see that the September Issue of the Haerbinger Magazine for whom I am the feature journalist is out and being readily picked up by expat & Chinese alike.

For this issue I have written three articles:

• Couchsurfing: a feature of what Couchsurfing is and an introduction to the Harbin Couchsurfers group
• This is Heilongjiang: a review of the English News program on Heilongjiang Satellite TV
• Football in Harbin: a sports feature on the foreign football (soccer) club

Once available I will add these articles to my portfolio too so they can always be directly sourced.

Dave Hadley, editor & CEO, works tirelessly to produce improvements with every edition. In this issue we see an increase in the Business Directory, the addition of a local English google map, more reviews and a greater increase in local businesses advertising their specials for the Haerbinger community. Next issue we can look forward to even more as the magazine gains popularity and advertising income.
